We are Reach
Publishing Sdn. Bhd, a private-limited company incorporated in
2000 with a staff force of over twenty employees, proud to be
one of Malaysia’s leading publishing houses with magazines
in the fields of information and communications technology (ICT),
business, and leisure.
Amidst the slew of internationally-licensed ICT titles in the
newsstands, we recognised the need for a completely local, unbiased
and high-quality publication for Malaysians. The result was PC.com,
the best-selling local ICT magazine in the country. It has become
synonymous with educating society in the age of computers, and
is our flagship publication.
Since its
first issue in May 2000, PC.com has grown from strength to strength,
and has weathered the ups and downs of the ICT business with panache
few can equal. We are focused in what we do. Our independent editorial
team, staffed by experienced and highly-knowledgeable writers
and technical specialists has made PC.com a favourite among Malaysians
eager to keep in touch with the ever-evolving world of computers
and information technology.
Loyal readers
continue to send us mail commending us for our work with PC.com.
PC.com was audited in 2002 by ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulation),
becoming part of an elite group of local monthly publications.
PC.com has a circulation of 18,000 and a readership of 54,000.
Our other
publication, Business Today, was issued to address the needs of
the local business community that wants to stay in the know. With
a circulation of over 22,000 (readership of 66,000), it, too,
has become a favourite read among the best minds in Malaysian
business.
We have many
more titles in the fields of lifestyle and leisure in the pipeline
for 2003, which will further strengthen our position as a pre-eminent
publisher of quality magazines for local consumption.
Our
strategy
Our strategy is simple: give readers what they want. We have always
remained supportive to local industry, and will continue to do
so. By remaining friendly to both our readers and our business
partners, we believe that everyone benefits from our expertise
and exposure.
Our
mission
Simply, to educate and to inform our readers in the knowledge
age and to bring the best possible results and value to our business
partners. We believe we have an obligation to the public and to
our business clients as a mass-media publishing house to deliver
timely, useful and relevant information that will serve to both
increase our clients’ exposure and our readers’ knowledge.
Focusing on these two facets of our business has made us the reputable
company we are today. By continuing to do so, we will play our
part in the country’s transformation to a knowledge-based
economy.
